Upgrades boost the value of certain numeric stats on armor, weapons and rings. Upgrades can also boost bonuses like Crit chance and damage from PvE.

Components

Upgrade components can be placed in equipment that has a slot for them. The item must have been at least upgraded to the blue level in order for the component to be applied.
